These guiding principles have been named as Directive Principles of State Policy. These directive principles ensure to avoid the violation of fundamental rights of the citizen of a state. They are meant to establish a ‘welfare state’. The directive principles are non-justifiable in nature. They cannot be enforced by the court of law for their violation.
